Dosage in powerlifting as well as in bodybuilding is possible from 250 mg/week to 1000 mg or more/week.

It is not recommended to use a dose higher than 1000mg/week. The best dose is between 250-1000mg/week. The average dose that is completely satisfactory for most is 500 mg/week. When combining Sustalad with other steroids, its dose should be reduced. It can usually be reduced to 250 mg/week.
