To place an order, follow these steps:

For security reasons, any payment details for any type of payment are sent by email to each individual customer. In this sense, we strongly ask you once again that after placing the order, check INBOX and SPAM to find our email.

We ship our products practically all over the world with small exceptions for some countries (see delivery terms and conditions). All packages are shipped very discreetly. The products are packed with care to minimize the risks related to crossing borders. We never indicate the name of our company or other keywords related to the respective domain on the shipped packages. We never send parcels larger than those allowed in order not to cause unnecessary suspicions. If an order is too large, then we divide it into 2 smaller parcels, without to charge an shipping cost extra.

We have several warehouses from where we ship. All warehouses are located in different countries and each of them has its own shipping schedule. As a rule, we ship once every 2 days from all warehouses except Warehouse International 1. From this warehouse we only ship once a week.

All orders are shipped from European countries, except products from Warehouse India. Consequently, the delivery time to all regions is different.

The usual delivery time is: - to EU countries 5-7 business days

- to the UK 7-10 business days

- to the USA, Canada 10-14 business days

- to Asia and Australia 10-20 business days

From Warehouse India delivery to any country take around 17-14 business days.

Yes, we always provide track numbers for our shipped orders.

For orders shipped from Warehouse International 1 we provide track number once a week for all customers. We provide the tracking numbers in the week following the one in which the order was processed and shipped.

For orders shipped from any other warehouse except WH International 1 we provide track number in 2-3 days after the order is shipped.
